    Absolutely not. Our program is designed to ensure you can complete your workouts from any location.

    No, we do not focus on the scale. Instead, we encourage taking weekly photos to visually track your progress.
  • What if I need to stop the 12-week program?
    While we encourage all participants to complete the program, we understand life happens. Please communicate with us for support or guidance on how to proceed.
  • What type of workouts will I be doing?
    The program includes weekly strength training videos, which we recommend doing at least twice a week. Additionally, we encourage 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise three times a week. Lets not forget trying to get 8,000-10,000 daily steps in.
  • Do I need to order special food for the nutritional planning part of the program?
    No special food orders are necessary. We aim to help you develop a healthy diet with what is readily available to you.
  • Who is R&B Co-Lab for?
    Anyone looking to enhance their health, nutrition, and fitness journey is welcome to join us.
  • Do I have to live in Vancouver to participate?
    Not at all. Our strength training videos are accessible on our online platform, and most of our communication is via Google Docs, text, or WhatsApp. You can participate from anywhere.
  • Do I need to follow a special diet on the program?
    No. Our nutritional guidance, provided by a Harvard-educated expert, is based on the 6 Pillars of Healthy Living and is designed to be sustainable without requiring a special diet.
  • What is the cost to participate?
    The program is priced at $199 for 3 months, or you can opt for an upfront payment of $500. Please note, these prices may be subject to change.
  • Do I need to order special fitness equipment?
    We recommend having a set of dumbbells ranging from 5lbs to 30lbs for our strength training sessions. As you progress through the program, we encourage you to increase your weight.

    We do not offer refunds. We are fully committed to the quality and efficacy of our program.
