habits that stick, with support, structure, and accountability every step of the way.
No. You'll check in once a week with your weight, measurements, and mindset. We focus on
habits, progress, and sustainable change—not daily weigh-ins.
Because the program includes personalized coaching and immediate access to resources, all
sales are final.
Absolutely! Many members repeat the program. Your baseline will evolve—and that’s what
progressive strength training is all about. You'll notice new results with every round.
All workouts can be modified. If needed, we’ll work with you through your weekly check-ins to
offer alternatives that suit your needs.
No gym required. The entire program can be done at home with minimal equipment.
Each video includes a short warm-up, but stretching is not included at the end. We recommend
starting already warmed up and taking time to stretch post-workout—these 30 minutes are used
with purpose!
You’ll need a range of dumbbells to support strength gains over time. A mat and towel are
optional but helpful.
You’ll receive weekly support through:
A personal accountability document for check-ins, measurement tracking, and coach feedback
Direct coach messaging inside the app
A group chat for motivation and community encouragement
The program includes three phases:
Phase 1: 2 workouts/week
Phases 2 & 3: 3 workouts/week
All workouts are 30 minutes, include a short warm-up, and are designed to build
strength over time. Members are encouraged to stretch on their own post-workout.

Our program runs on set dates, three times a year. Everyone starts and finishes on the same day
